‘A Confident ME’ is an program that uses neuroscience along with up to date research to build children’s knowledge and understanding, empowering them a new found level of self-belief. Each week, the children get the chance to put their knowledge into practise through fun and engaging activities. These newly developed skills embed positive habits and over time shift mindsets.

 

The program is designed to be flexible, and is initially designed to be used with a small group of young people by a teaching assistant. The sessions may also be picked up and used within a whole class setting.
