Our strong Christian ethos nurtures children’s spirituality, character and personality.  Through learning about the life and teachings of Jesus, our pupils develop a strong understanding of our seven school values and demonstrate them during their journey at Lordsgate CE Primary School. 

Our pupils develop an understanding of their own and others' faith through daily worship activities. A feeling of peace runs through the school as the children develop long lasting friendships. Our pupils are encouraged to take risks and show trust in themselves, each other and our staff that they will be helped and guided to flourish. Through our worships, RE lessons and PSHE lessons, pupils are taught an understanding of other people, cultures and other beliefs and develop a deep sense of respect. Forgiveness is shown by a pupils and is asked for when mistakes have been made with an awareness that through making mistakes, they will learn. Our curriculum, vision and ethos guides our pupils to develop a deep understanding of how to show love to themselves, others and God's creation.
